A record is kept when the register's own city field names this place or its coordinates fall within 25 km of it, because each half fails alone: coordinates tied an Indonesian business to an Egyptian registration 10,000 km away, and city strings alone would have dropped a centre whose register coordinates sit 780 km out to sea.
