This policy explains what data NOMADREEF ("we", "us") collects when you visit nomadreef.com, why, and your rights. The data controller is Yannick Schroth, who operates NOMADREEF; you can reach us at info@topblog.agency.

Open point, flagged rather than hidden. Topblog LLC is established outside the EU. Where a non-EU controller offers services to people in the EU or monitors their behaviour, Article 27 GDPR generally requires an EU representative to be appointed and named here. Analytics is planned for this site, which makes that likely to apply. This has not been resolved yet and is on the pre-launch list for a qualified adviser. We would rather state the gap than leave a policy that looks complete and is not.

Analytics, stated precisely. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BZGPTWJX9R), loaded only after you consent via the banner. It is configured with IP anonymisation, and with Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google LLC processes this data in the USA, which is a transfer to a third country. We have not obtained legal advice on the transfer mechanism or on whether Article 27 GDPR requires us to appoint an EU representative now that analytics is active; both are stated as open on our legal notice.

What we collect

Analytics data, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected via Google Analytics 4 (loaded only after you consent, and only when analytics is enabled) to understand what is useful. This is processed only with your consent where required.
Newsletter data, the email address you give us if you subscribe, stored with our newsletter provider and used only to send the dispatch. You can unsubscribe any time.
Contact data, anything you send us via the contact page or email.
Affiliate/technical data, our partners may set their own cookies when you click an affiliate link; see the cookie policy.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies and for the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for essential processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (for example our hosting and CDN provider Vercel, Google Analytics for site analytics, and our newsletter provider), each acting as a processor under contract, and where legally required.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your data, to object, and to withdraw consent (GDPR). California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale/sharing" (CCPA/CPRA); we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact info@topblog.agency. International transfers & children

Your data may be processed outside your country by our providers, under appropriate safeguards. NOMADREEF is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
