Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and the underlying regulation repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so the former duty to link it no longer applies. Many imprints still carry that link; ours does not, deliberately.
