This one lists every school the SSI, IKO and VDWS registers carry here, all 11 of them, and nobody assessed any of them. Being in a register means the body says the business is listed. It is not an inspection.

Every watersports business in and around Porto Pollo that SSI or IKO or VDWS publishes in their own register of affiliated centres, read on 1 September 2026. 11 in total: 6 by SSI, 1 by IKO, 4 by VDWS. How to read this list, and what a register entry does not tell you

On a dive page, Green Fins means a named third party visited the business and scored it. Nothing on this page is like that. What is here instead is a register entry: a body publishing the business in its own list, which settles that it is listed and nothing else about it.

What absence means here. A business missing from this page is one the SSI, IKO and VDWS registers list nowhere in this place. That is a statement about a list and not about a school: it may never have joined, or may teach under a body that publishes no list at all.

A register entry can be opened; a claim cannot. Every affiliation taken from a register links to that body's own page for that business, so the listing can be read at the source instead of taken from here.

Why these registers and not others. A register earns its place here by being enumerable and citable: it has to list who is in it, and each entry has to have a page that names the business, so a reader can check the claim instead of taking it from us. Most do neither. Green Fins is the case that shows the difference, because its members are the best evidence in this directory and its member pages render the same bytes for a real centre and an invented one, so a Green Fins fact is stored with a centre id and never cited as a link. Twenty-five were tried and nine answer: what each one returned, with the date it was asked.

Scuba diving, kitesurfing and windsurfing carry risk that no listing removes. Nothing here was checked by anyone but the school itself, instructor teams change between seasons, and the date beside each field is the day we read it and nothing more. Confirm anything that matters with the school before you book on the strength of it.

The ssi training centre register, 3,855 centres worldwide fetched in one request and filtered to this place; the iko school register, 289 affiliated schools in one request; the vdws station register, 428 stations in one request. A record is kept when the register's own city field names this place or its coordinates fall within 20 km of it, because each half fails alone: coordinates tied an Indonesian business to an Egyptian registration 10,000 km away, and city strings alone would have dropped a centre whose register coordinates sit 780 km out to sea. Green Fins is not among the sources here: its member pages render nothing a reader or a checker could confirm, and a citation has to point at the fact it cites. No operator website has been read for this page.
